Last Two Articles Not very Funny!
"Don't bother reading them," says reader "they're just not funny."
Ontario- According to some critics, the last two articles posted on the website PureDrivel.20m.com were not very funny. "I mean , they had some funny bits, but overall they just weren't that great" said one local visitor to the site. This news comes as a great shock to Website designer Adam Panter, who some consider to be the funniest man ever to grace the planet.
"Not to offend my readers or anything,", said Adam during a recent interview* "but they can bite me. My stuff is funny if I say it's funny, and I say those articles were funny."
The articles in question were posted to the website, which is written, designed, and maintained by small staff of hard-working comedy writers and technicians, concerned the apocalypse, and the celebration of the website's tenth posting. While these may seem like very humorous topics to write at length about, this reporter can assure you, they weren't. In my opinion, they were unfocused, and hastily slapped together, which seems to be norm for most of the postings on PureDrivel.20m.com, and will most likely be the case for many years to come.
"You are such a ****er." commented Adam, upon being informed of this opinion. "If you don't ****ing like the **** I write, don't ****ing read it." Adam then continued to scream at length about the quality of his penmanship, his godliness, and his rough life, before breaking into tears, swearing repeatedly in a high pitched squeal which soon deteriorated into nothing more than sobs and random profanities, and finally lying on the ground in a fetal position waving his fists at nothing in general.
This is not to imply that there is nothing funny on PureDrivel.20m.com. It's just that what is funny, was written long ago, before the website became the commercial, money-driven site it is now. For example, to look back at the first few writings is to delve into a treasure-trove of wit and erudite humour. However, that treasure-trove of humour has since been buried in the sands of time, paved over, and had a mini-mall built over it, forever destroying any chance of a single glimmer of funny material from breaking through, and enlightening and currently dark and joke-devoid pit of filth.
Is this the end of PureDrivel.20m.com? This reporter can only leave you with the opinion of one critic, which perhaps anwers this question more clearly than any philosophying could. "They just weren't funny."
*I've actually stooped to interviewing myself. Sad.
